Here at Essie's Kitchen, Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with our product/s for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to satisfy you.
Customer may request a refund within 5 days of receiving their item. Once request is approved, customer will receive 100% refund of the item minus the shipping cost. Any requests for refund made after 5 days and approved will be issued a store credit for future purchase.
